Missed Call Project ("we," "us") provides missed-call answering, text-back, and AI receptionist services for local service businesses.
Information we collect: when you call a phone line we service, we may collect your phone number, your name if you provide it, a description of the service you need, and a recording/transcript of the call so the business can follow up. If you submit our contact form, we collect the name, business name, phone number, and email you provide.
How we use it: to send a follow-up text and/or return call regarding the call you placed, to deliver your service request to the business you were trying to reach, and to respond to inquiries you send us.
Text messaging (SMS): you receive texts from us only after you initiate contact — by calling a serviced business line or submitting our form. Message frequency varies with your request; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with, or sold to, any third party.
Sharing: we share caller details only with the specific business whose line you called, so they can serve you. We do not sell personal information. We use service providers (telephony, hosting, email) solely to operate the service.
